I got into this work because I wanted to be useful to people during the parts of their lives that are hardest to talk about.

That instinct took years to become something reliable. I trained at Columbia, then spent over fifteen years working across community mental health and private practice. Different settings taught me to stop trusting any single method and start paying attention to what actually worked, case by case. That’s still how I practice.

I work primarily with professionals and creatives navigating anxiety, burnout, major life transitions, and feeling stuck despite outward success.

Whether this feels like a good fit is hard to know from reading alone. That’s usually easier to tell from a conversation than from anything else on this page.
